Keep the team identity clear

Start with the team logo or mascot, then decide whether the season, a slogan or sponsor names belong on the design. A small front mark and a larger back graphic offer two places for the details. Have the team’s final artwork and spelling approved before production.

Include the whole cheering section

Players, siblings, parents and coaches may need different sizes or styles. Keep youth and adult quantities separate, and tell us if player apparel uses a different design from supporter merch. We’ll confirm the available size range for each garment.

Ask about a dedicated merch shop for your organization. We’ll discuss the collection, pricing and any agreed earnings before launch. If you’re collecting orders yourself, let us know so we can quote the batch you need.

When should we start planning fundraiser shirts?

Contact us before you announce an order deadline. Share the event date, approximate quantities and how you’ll distribute the pieces. We’ll discuss production availability and timing so you can plan the fundraiser around a confirmed order.
