**Laurel Tree & Me is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 If you need additional help with an order in regards to shipping, please email customer service at customerservice@shopruthiegrace.com . Please include your order number and "Shipping Question" in the subject.  

Please Note: Laurel Tree & Me does not offer International shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order.
